TV SHOW OR MOVIE DESCRIBES WORK / LIFE BALANCE: The Overachievers. COFFEE OR COCKTAIL: Coffee – black, Cocktail- champagne. FAVORITE NEW DENVER RESTAURANT: Latke Love( Littleton). FAVORITE NON-RESTAURANT DENVER SPOT: Any place I can people watch; Mile High Stadium, Red Rocks. NEXT BIG THING IN APARTMENT LIVING? Well obviously, here in Denver it ' s the micro units. Denver is such a great place to do things outside of your home, that more people will be just fine with just having a place to sleep and coordinate their days. WHY APARTMENTS? The ability to engage with such a diverse group of people at once. Residents come in all different variations, backgrounds, jobs, desires. Getting to know so many and experience those differences is a gift that most people don ' t get. We affect people where they live. That ' s different from where they work or play. Home is their heart. WRITE A FORTUNE COOKIE FORTUNE:“ You don ' t get harmony when everyone sings the same note. Dare to be different!” SUPER HERO POWER: Clairvoyance. MOST SIGNIFICANT TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT IN THE INDUSTRY: Social Media. It ' s uses in obtaining residents, retaining residents, and overall marketing is unmatched on any other platform. YOUR FIRST APARTMENT: It was a crap hole but my mom did a great job of making it feel amazing. Unfortunately, the walls were thin and the neighbor next door to my room was very enthusiastic when her boyfriend was over. KEEPS YOU UP AT NIGHT: Ask me when we have our next property and I ' m sure I ' ll have a better answer! STORE IN MALL TO FIND NEW TALENT: Nordstrom. They have the market on customer service and empowering their employees. ERA OF LIFE TO RE-LIVE: The past 12 years so that I could spend that time again with my son.

FAVORITE NON-RESTAURANT DENVER SPOT: REI Flagship store. NEXT BIG THING IN APARTMENT LIVING? No doubt there will be plenty of other“ big things” prior to the time we experience autonomous cars but that invention will be amazing. Can you image a handful of cars for an entire apartment community? WHY APARTMENTS? The people we work with and for. NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR BETTER RESIDENT RETENTION: Not sure it is technology we need but the ability to interact face-to-face more would be helpful.
