Situated in the heart of the River North Art District , Dylan RiNo ’ s unique design syncs well with its surroundings . Denver Artists Jamie Molina and Pedro Barrios were commissioned to create two enormous exterior murals , The Dude on the Northeast side of the building and The Lady above the community entrance . The funky design and art continue throughout the building with the bold black and white walls and checkerboard floors , dramatic furniture , and curated animal art pieces . Residents often refer to the building as the “ Alice in Wonderland ” of RiNo . Each flat was designed with soaring 9 ’ to 14 ’ ceilings , gas ranges , quartz counters , and USB charging stations .
