AAMD Continues to Recognize Persons of the Month !
Okay , we admit it . Not having in-person PowerLunches has made it a bit of a struggle to publicly recognize the persons of the month . However , we are still awarding persons of the month , and recently annouced the Persons of the Month for September , October and November at our Economic Update in mid-November .
Each Person of the Month receives a recognition award and AAMD donates $ 500 to a charity of their choice as a part of our Apartments Giving Back program .

CHRIS PRICE is such a strong leader and voice for our maintenance professionals . He has served on the Maintenance Olympics committee for the last four years .
He has spoken on several panels for multiple programs over the years including this year ’ s Maintenance Olympics , Suppliers ’ Council & Education Conference . In this pandemic year , Chris has been present for our Supplier Partners . At our in-person events , he made sure he stopped at every single exhibitor booth and thanked them for their support .

NICK HERNANDEZ serves on the Maintenance Mania Committee , and is a strong leader in our Hands On Maintenance Education program
Nick is a frequent speaker on maintenance related topics throughout the year . At the Education Conference & Trade show he dedicated his entire day to visit with each and every Exhibitor , and has made it a point to visit with Supplier Partners during opportunities the past few months .

After the success of our Annual Golf Tournament , we realized our members were ready to network again in person , but in safer , outdoor environments . We planned two new events in a very short timeframe ( Clay Shooting and Top Golf events ) and JENNIFER SWANSON stepped up to commit her company as the Presenting Sponsor for both events .
Additionally , she supports the AAMD Alliance and Spring Clean and Trade Show through donations and volunteer hours .
