Typically, they do it when fi nalizing the plans and by then it is too late to make many of the needed changes that would really make a diff erence. BIGGEST PET PEEVE? Laziness. CAREER HIGHLIGHT: The number of people that I have hired that have been promoted to higher positions including RPMS to VPs. ONE ITEM ON YOUR BUCKET LIST: To travel to many places in the United States where I have been for work, but have not had time to spend enjoying them on a personal level.
