BEST OR WORST DECISION YOU MADE IN LAST 6 MONTHS : Rightsizing my life. Donating furniture, clothing and miscellaneous items was the best decision I have made in the last 6 months. At fi rst it was hard to let go of things, but getting rid of “stuff ” has been one of the most cathartic and freeing experiences. WHAT CAN DEVELOPERS DO DIFFERENTLY WHEN DESIGNING A PROPERTY? Talk to the property management professionals and allow their input in the design/ build of the property. The operations team is tasked with executing the vision of the developer and important aspects can be missed if their feedback is not incorporated. Give the management team a seat at the table from the beginning. AN AMENITY YOU WISH YOU COULD INVENT? A Zen Room. Relax and Rejuvenate. IF YOU COULD LIVE IN ANY SITCOM, WHICH ONE WOULD IT BE? I have moved to new markets for personal reasons twice in my career and have been able to fi nd great opportunities and make the most of them.
