Pat oversees a portfolio of 45
communities and over 8,500 units in
Colorado and Idaho. She has
experienced a lengthy list of success
stories including startups, management
business, repositioning of properties,
sales, take overs, acquisitions and
volunteerism.

Pat’s leadership with the Colorado
Apartment Association, the Apartment Association of
Metro Denver, and the Apartment Association of
Southern Colorado are unprecedented.
Her expertise, knowledge and experience on
educational panels, advisory committees, advocacy
groups, councils and boards have made her a true
icon of our industry and our associations. Pat has
been instrumental on each pillar of our organization-
whether it’s networking, legislative work or breaking
new ground on educational programs, she has
always been on the forefront of advancing the
profession. She has shattered the glass-ceiling with
passion, leadership and professionalism.
Pat is known in our industry for her compassion, her
sound judgment and as great communicator. She is
invested in the success of her team and is a true role
model and mentor to many.
Susan Lind described Pat as "always being so
kind, fair, professional and friendly. Someone who
believes in the important relationships with vendors
and members of the Association, and is incredibly
knowledgeable. It is a true pleasure to know and
work with Pat!"
