But even with all that experience, the

feathery neighbors, offering residents complimentary binoculars to get a closer look.
Caliber at Flatirons has one 4-story midrise building as well as eighteen Big House
style buildings featuring homes with private entries and direct access garages.
Kitchen finishes include dark stone counters and unique hexagon tile backsplashes
complemented by contemporary white cabinetry and stainless appliances.
Roscoe Properties began leasing the property last summer and welcomed their first
tenants in July 2019. Construction is scheduled to be completed later this month.
