Show you listened and care about their needs by making necessary culture shifts that affect the company’s quality of life and longevity. If change is happening to you that can be hard. Know that change is the only thing one can count on. It can happen at any time, any place. Staying open minded, flexible, curious, and positive will help you to better adapt and a great attitude is contagious. 5. Become a servant leader. Gratitude builds healthy work relationships and can remove toxicity in the workplace. IN SUMMARY Leaders willing to do the hard work now to cultivate a winning culture will prosper in the future.
