he 2018 AAMD Spring Clean

at the three Denver Family
HomeStead Properties. We
had about 196 volunteers who worked the
day of the event including 13 management

Family HomeStead recently increased
their housing capacity with the
acquisition of a 33-unit apartment
complex known as Parkside Apartment
Homes through a lease from the Denver
Housing Authority.
At Spring Clean, we were able to work
directly on this property cleaning and
fixing it up but in conjunction with
Charity Auction, we’ve raised a lot of
money for Family HomeStead to help
with necessary capital improvements at
this new property.
For the first time in over 10 years
we had a company commit to being the
Presenting Sponsor at the $4,000 level.
Thank you, Jay Neal and 29th Street
Capital Real Estate Investments for your
support. In total, we raised $9,225
in sponsorships!
In addition to the sponsorships that
allowed us to purchase materials and
tools for the event, we had seven member
companies donate services in their field of
expertise as well as over $2,250 worth of
materials donated.
It’s amazing to see the talent we have in
our industry at work and the giant hearts of
all the people who love to give back. Thank
you! We couldn’t do this without you.
