Apartment Trends Magazine has had a long standing relationship with the team at Apartment Appraisers and Consultants , who has written about industry development for over 10 years .
For our special Nov / Dec 2020 Double Issue of Apartment Trends , researcher and author , Erin Shumaker spent the better part of a month researching and photographing communities around Metro Denver .
Her passion for this project earned her AAMD ' s Person of the month for December 2020 .

With the pandemic still looming and indoor events a little more difficult to hold in the first part of the year , AAMD will be hosting a Tubing Spectacular on March 4 at Echo Mountain . Members can either meet the group up at the location or choose to ride a shuttle with other members and sponsors .
