IROC Member and Friend, Allen Yockey
Last month, we lost a beloved member of the AAMD family. Longtime apartment owner,
AAMD member and friend, Allen Yockey, passed away a few weeks back.
For those of us that knew Allen, we were always greeted with a genuine smile and at least
a couple of interesting stories. Allen possessed a gift of generosity and warmth that few
could surpass. No matter how my day had gone, I could always count on Allen to make me
smile and laugh. He had so much knowledge and his willingness to share it to help others
was just one more attribute on a long list of wonderful traits. He was incredibly caring and
loved IROC. Allen had many friends in our close-knit group and he will truly be missed.
