One of the big issues mentioned was the continual increase in costs. “We still rely on old stick build technology for our buildings,” said Scott McClave, Senior Principal Transac- tions and Finance, The Bascom Group. “At some point we will figure out new technology that will decrease cost and time for building, and I’m interested to see how that will ripple through the industry.” SERVPRO of Denver East Housing providers continue to play a key role in Colorado’s economy.
