I was inspired to go beyond simple monitoring resident activities to discuss the possibility of altering our operations based upon that data. So what does that even mean? Let’s say that you have a beautiful gym, and when your leasing consultants showcase it, the prospects begin actively imagining themselves using the gym to finally get in shape.
