ISSUE 1/MAY 2014

ZP. - Was this your first time coming to UTT Sports day? If yes say why.

LF. - Yes, because my girlfriend forced me to come.”

ZP. - How was this year’s sports day experience?

LF. - Boring, because the seats are uncomfortable and there are not enough people form my campus here.

ZP. - What issues did you have with APA’s involvement this year?

LF. - They did not have enough people cheer and not enough to cheer on, more so we were not even in the march-pass. Poor.

ZP. - Did you take part in any of the events? If no say why.

LF. - Yes, I took part in thug of war but it was to no avail because we were out-sized because the “big” people were not present.

ZP. - Does this years’ experience encourage you to come next year and maybe participate more?

LF. - Yes I would be present and part take in events because I would like to see APA great at sports days.

ZP. - Would you invite any friends or family to come and support APA in future sports days?

LF. - I would encourage classmates to come, not-so-much family because there is a certain in-school vibe that sports day has.

ZP. - What do you think APA should work on most?

LF. - Getting people to support, marketing the day better, schedule practice sessions in preparations for students for certain events. All is this would ensure a proper turn out.

All in all APA can really make a lasting mark on sports days if the effort is put in early enough considering the obstacles well in advance and allowing for students to properly plan how they can participate.
