Relationship Engagement

• Strategic and Corporate Partner levels and benefits were implemented in 2014, including a partner newsletter which highlights non-profit work and interests for AORE members.

• AORE traveled to Osprey Packs headquarters and presented to corporate leadership on AORE's member programs, reach, and influence, resulting in a deeper partnership and sponsorship.

• AORE joined the Standard Management Committee as a voice for AORE to help its members to be heard in the changes happening in the challenge course industry.

• Extended AORE and NIRSA memorandum of understanding which now includes discounts for Bluefishjobs.com.

• AORE worked with Outdoor Nation on their Campus Challenge Campaign.

• AORE presented on Climbing Wall Management for Colleges and Universities at the Climbing Wall Summit.

• AORE sponsored the Outdoor Orientation Program Symposium at four different events across the country, serving 122 participants.

• At the AORE 2014 Conference we celebrated the 3rd year of the Summit Series, which provides programming to address pertinent issues for mid-level and seasoned professionals. This year we had eight presenters, covering topics ranging from increasing resources for your programs to taking the next steps in your career.

• The 2014 AORE Annual Conference had over 38 hours of available hands-on career development opportunities for students, and hosted 97 educational workshops.
