INTERVIEW

I interviewed a person who suffers from anxiety and aasked them some questions.
How did your first attack happen?
My first anxiety attack happened in year 8 so I was around the age of 12-13 and was at my friends house I didnt know it was one at the time, and I still dont know what could’ ve triggered it.
How do you know you are going to have an anxiety attack?
Everyone starts differently but I get light headed and before anything else starts happening I would try to prevent it.
How do you prevent the attack from happening?
If I feel one coming I would either play with my ear lobe, pinch the tip of my index finger or take deep breaths I feel like these help me the best out of all the methods to prevent it.
Do you find it easy to figure out what triggers the attacks?
I usually figure out what triggers them days after the attacks when the problem is no longer a problem.
What happens during an attack?
For me I feel light headed, I get dizzy and I have trouble breathing,
