Spring is associated with a bursting forth of energy in all
aspects of nature. It’s finally time to start fresh and get
moving physically, mentally, and emotionally. Here are
a few tips from Traditional Chinese Medicine principles
that can help:
Get Moving - It’s time to stretch, move and breathe! Activities with gentle and smooth movements are best such
as qi-gong, yoga and light cardio. Get outside for walks
in the fresh air and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature
that are coming back to life.
