A Leader of One, Electromagnetic A Leader of Many Frequencies By Teresa Zacharias “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, be more and become more than you are a leader.” – John Quincey Adams By Dr. Erin Johnston Is our technology safe? Can Electromagnetic Radiation impact us? My mentor says, “A Leader of One, A Leader of Many… If You Can’t Lead One, Then You Can’t Lead Any.” I’ve been giving some thought to what makes a good leader, someone who courageously live their life with no regrets; uplifting and leading others. Here are some pieces of the puzzle: Our culture is permeated with technology; information is essential to us. Frequency waves pass all around us constantly but, we don’t see, smell, taste, hear, or feel these things. Questions start being asked such as, “Is it necessary?”, “Can it impact our health?”, “Who is watching out for us?”, and “What can we do about it?”. • When task someone to do something you wouldn’t do yourself. To answer the first question, yes, frequency waves are necessary; all business and banking is now done electronically. It would be difficult to revert back to a “paper world”. The second and third questions, regarding health and our well being, are more difficult to answer. The Canadian Government has established ‘Safety Code 6’ which deals with the thermal effects (heating) of the tissue but, has not addressed the ‘biological’ effects. Many other countries in the world have far greater restrictions in terms of allowable EM Radiation. Canada is some 400% higher than other countries. How do you feel about that? Our only way to change this is to let our members of parliament know that we think this is unacceptable. • Don’t take the easy way out, nor ask someone to do some thing you wouldn’t do yourself. • Give more than you take. Go the extra mile - make others feel as though they count. • Win without boasting, lose without excuses. • Be strong minded, but compassionate. • Hold people accountable, but don’t forget they are human. • Listen and recognize when opportunity knocks. Sometimes it’s a very quiet knocking, but big breaks can be heard by those who are open to listening. Below are some tips on how to lessen your exposure. Remember, your brain and nervous system regulate every aspect of your body. • Be happy with what you have while striving towards what you want. Never give up what you truly believe - a person with passion will outdo the smartest person almost every time. 1) Don’t put your cell phone to your ear, instead use speaker phone 2) At home use a land line, get rid of the cordless phones 3) Plug into your Internet, no Wi-Fi at home 4) Shield your smart meter if you have one 5) Clean up the ‘dirty electricity’ in your home 6) Get grounded, walk bare foot outside or get yourself a grounding mat • Be intense about your principles, honest, and consistent bout what you believe in. Standing up for your values makes you a leader that others are motivated to be like. • Show you’re brave and speak your mind even if your voice shakes - it could be an awakening for some and a source of liberation for others. • Admit when you’re wrong - it takes inner strength but it makes you more humble and admirable. • Be forgiving. Come to peace with what happens. Grudges are a lethal emotion, whereas forgiveness is sweet revenge. • Teresa Zacharias CANFIT PTS, FIS, NWS YMCA BARRIE [email protected] 705-734-6885 Please visit our website at www.johnstonhealthcenter. com for more information regarding these tips. ■ Dr. Erin Johnston, DC Chiropractor & Brain-Based Wellness Expert - Johnston Health Center 20 Bell Farm Rd., Unit 3, Barrie www.johnstonhealthcenter.com 705-728-3070 14 15
