Anoka-Hennepin Technical High School Graduation Program | Page 2

Showing support without excessive cheering is a ceremony expectation.
Hearing your name called and walking across the stage to receive a diploma at graduation is a cherished moment for the graduate along with their family, friends and supporters.
Anoka-Hennepin Schools has an expectation that celebrations and cheering from the audience for graduates will be brief and not excessive in nature, providing each student their moment as they graduate.
Whistles, airhorns, and other noisemakers are not allowed in the ceremony. Loud screaming and excessive cheering is also discouraged and could result in delay in the ceremony.
Thank you for your attendance, your support of your graduate, and compliance with these expectations.
