culture through talent management, strategic workforce
management, and human resource service operational excellence.
A three-year talent management strategy implemented this year
identified four key drivers – workplace culture, workplace inclusion,
talent development and talent attraction – that will underpin the
University's goal to position Monash as the leading employer for
private higher education in Malaysia.
