And we’re delighted to report it’s something that’s become a regular occurrence over the
last 12 months.
We’re committed to stepping up to the
plate to address the shortfall in housing
supply across London, Kent and Sussex.
In 2014/15 we completed a four year
development plan to deliver 540 homes.
And the great news is, that’s just the start
– between 2015/18 we’ve another 700
homes in the pipeline.

We’ve become specialists in the design
and delivery of Extra Care schemes for
older people. Regis Gate in Kent and The
Orangery in Sussex are great examples of
best practice. Both will deliver generously
sized, self contained homes for rent and
shared ownership and contain a host
of onsite facilities, including a serviced
restaurant and hair salon.
