Topping up member numbers will remain a critical focus area for the year ahead, indeed a membership seminar was conducted back in February from which a number of sound initiatives were brought forward and are to be developed. For more on the Club’s financial performance and position, I commend to you the Treasurer’s Report on page 10. Membership During the year we inducted 17 new members and reinstated a further nine. Entrance fees are a vexed issue and the Board remain cognisant of the actions of our competitors in this regard, however we are comfortable that our product is worthy of an Entrance Fee premium and have no plans for their removal other than to empower the General Manager to offer payment terms.
