Acres Golf Club (the “Club”), an Australian
Public Company Limited by Guarantee.
The Report provides an overview of the corporate
governance structure and activities of the Club
before providing detail on the financial
performance and position of the entity.
Please note that, in accordance with the
Resolution passed by members at the Annual
General Meeting on 19 November 2012, this
report covers an eight month period from
1 August 2013 to 31 March 2014.
