USASF DIVERSITY , EQUITY , INCLUSION and SENSITIVITY
The USASF Diversity , Equity , Inclusion and Sensitivity ( DEIS ) sub-committee focuses on issues of diversity and community within All Star and makes recommendations to promote better understanding within membership to be a more inclusive sport for all .
The DEIS sub-committee ’ s work continued in 2021 with :
• the addition of the optional demographic assessment in membership profiles ;
• creating a process for the submission of photos and videos to be used in social media , promotional items that capture diversity in All Star ;
• discussions with the Athlete Advisory Council ; and
• drafting a DEIS toolkit to be available to members in 2022 .
ALL STAR REMEMBERS
The All Star community united in a very special way to remember loved ones we lost in 2021 . Members were invited to contribute to a touching
video that beautifully honored the memory of those who passed in our All Star family .
