was another year of challenges for all of us due to the global pandemic . The USASF worked to help provide support and resources for our members for athlete safety , wellness , business , physical and mental health stability and growth . We worked together to create as much of a normal season as possible for our athletes and the opportunity for All Star to thrive .
We focused heavily on our athlete protection resources and expanded our team focused on athlete safety , member conduct and compliance . We brought on a thirdparty investigative consulting group to help facilitate accurate reporting as well as review , investigate , respond and resolve each report received . We partnered with Safe @ AllStar to provide best-in-class , sport-specific athlete safety and awareness education to help educate , prevent and assist our members about their surroundings . We partnered with USA Cheer to compile the Unified Ineligibility Reporting system to connect the many disciplines of cheer and dance and strengthen the layers of protection for athletes . Our continued focus is athlete safety across the board .

The two of us are proud and humbled to have led the organization for the second half of 2021 and into 2022 . We have made a lot of progress and yet we know there is still much work to do .
As we move forward , we encourage you to be an active member of the USASF . Whether it ’ s serving on your Regional Advisory Board , attending the national meeting , tuning in for our All Region calls and webinars , or volunteering for a committee . Together , we can and will continue to fulfill the mission of the USASF .
