UNIFIED REPORTING with USA CHEER

Membership in the USASF is a privilege that can be denied or withdrawn at any time when a person ’ s conduct is determined to be inconsistent with the best interests of All Star and the athletes it serves . The USASF and USA Cheer maintain a shared list of individuals who are considered ineligible , either permanently or temporarily , for membership privileges in either organization for any of the following reasons :
1 . any person under criminal investigation ; 2 . any person charged with a crime that is not consistent with the rules , policies or standards of either organization ; 3 . any conduct inconsistent with USASF and USA Cheer rules , policies or standards ; and / or 4 . when actions of misconduct are reviewed by the Disciplinary Committee and determined not to serve the best interests of the sport .
USASF encourages club owners to review this list and conduct background screenings before allowing any coach , choreographer or other individuals to come in contact with athletes in their care .
• Expanded resources for athlete protection to include some 20 staff and third-party consultants focused on awareness , education , intake , investigations , response and resolution .
