On September 19 , Big Top hosted its 4th annual Big TAP ChautauquaFest as a joint project of Big Top Chautauqua and the Ashwabay Outdoor Educational Foundation . Big TAP features craft brews , wine and spirits in the tent with local cuisine stationed along a trek that brings people up to the top of the ski hill . Crescent Moon and Hoff Stevens provided the musical entertainment . What a way to close out a great year .
