TRANSPLANT APP The UAB Comprehensive Transplant Institute ( CTI ) recently rolled out the UAB Medicine Transplant app , which gives referring physicians 24 / 7 access to the CTI team and helps expedite referrals . It includes quick references to our selection criteria , access to patient records , and contact information for all CTI physicians and surgeons . With the built-in referral form , physicians can start the referral process directly from their iOS or Android device . Our traditional referral system remains in place for physicians who prefer it .
AMBASSADOR PROGRAM UAB Ambassador allows referring physicians to access their patients ’ UAB Medicine records – including inpatient and outpatient documents , activities , and lab results – through a secure online portal .
