Mari Adair is deserving of the Manager of the Year Award for her leadership in the cafe. She is organized, dedicated, personable, accountable, and hard working. She manages day-to-day tasks with ease and doesn’ t let surprises or special requests overwhelm her. The is thoughtful of others, especially those on her team. She strives to make the cafe inviting, professional, and the home away from home it was meant to be. She is creative in her meal planning and has a passion for bringing new flavors and recipes for employees to try on stellar days. She looks for the good in every situation and her frustrations are generally presented with solutions or ways to improve.

Josh is continuing to help innovate on all fronts for both locations. Having responsibility for the building project as well has but a load on his shoulders which he has carried well. Building projects are time consuming and full of day-to-day decisions that have to be made. Some of those innovative decisions wont be seen yet, but they will be evident in the coming years.“ Continuously Improve and Innovate”.

I nominate Alex Gonzalez for the Love Promise Employee of the Year. From countless days coming in early, staying late, and handling the technical needs of 250 + employees all on his own and doing it all without skipping a beat. He bounces between both stores almost daily, and has taken on a whole host of new projects( all new printers, safety compliance, and setting up the Sales Trailer at MT to name a few) throughout this year. He really goes above and beyond and treats everyone with immense respect.
