Amazing experience, everyone exceeded our expectations! We have had exceptional service from their service shop as well, extremely kind and courteous. We have had operation issues, driver error and they have never been condescending.
We have delt with a different dealer for the past 40 years. Mark Miller Subaru Midtown made us realize what substandard service we had been receiving!

I went to a different dealership and was treated terrible. then I went to Mark Miller and was treated GREAT. They were so easy to work with they treated me wonderful. found me great financing. I would rate this dealership the best I have ever dealt with.

I was desperate after working for two days to try to get the rear gate on my Forester to work. On my drive across the country it had stopped working. I couldn’ t see for 3 days and no way to open the rear gate. I pulled into the dealership at opening time about an hour ago.
Sarah, the Service Advisor, gave me the news that they were fully booked today, but she took pity on me, and went out to look at it. But Sarah patiently held the outside button for what seemed like a full minute. Then, as if by magic, the car surrendered, and the tail gate OPENED! I couldn’ t believe it.
But the car wasn’ t done. It started urgently beeping when I tried to drive it( with no explanation on any of its screens). Sarah told me that if I would wait, they would be able to look at it later and see what the car was trying to tell us. She then told me that they would prepare breakfast while I waited.
Fay( a lovely young woman with a great attitude) made me a more-than-ample-size delicious bacon, ham and cheese scramble. But it ain’ t free. $ 5 [ for what would be $ 15 to $ 23 in any restaurant today ].
In short: if you want to find out what Heaven is going to be like, buy a Subaru and take it to Mark Miller for some exotic repair. Oh! And hope Sarah and Fay are working that day.

Mark Miller is where we bought and have serviced our cars. When I got in an accident, they were the place I wanted to go to have my car repaired. As usual, they did a great job. It feels like I have a new car again! They were timely, professional, and thoughtful and worked with my insurance. I cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend them!

I’ m very skeptical and critical of automobile dealers and it’ s difficult to sell me a car. However, this dealership and especially Jason Murdock, was able to give me a fair and honest deal, with a no haggle no hassle experience. The numbers they gave me the first time were legitimate and reasonable from the beginning. I highly recommend this dealership and praise them for their integrity and ethics. I feel we could talk openly and honestly and transparently about any concerns during the process. I enjoy the smooth driving experience with my new 2024 Subaru Solterra EV.
