South Towne Employee Recognition: Coleman Holley, Express Lube Technician since 2023
Holly, a Subaru owner in Ohio, reached out to share how her son Leo— new to Utah and attending the U— was stranded with a flat tire. Coleman saw Leo on the side of the road and stopped to help out. Holly said,
“ My son was saved by a nice young man from your dealership... I’ m so thankful this young man stopped and helped him. We need more Good Samaritans! I love that your organization honors these principles!” Coleman not only changed the tire, but offered safety advice and reassurance. Leo visited our store the next day, where his tire was repaired under warranty. Even off the clock, Coleman exemplified Core Values— especially“ Treat Everyone Like Family.” Jeff Miller alongside the HEART Committee celebrated Coleman and surprised him and his team with heart and tire shaped cookies. Thank you, Coleman, for living the Subaru Love Promise in and out of work – completely unaware of the impact you had on a mother so far away!
