For many of the children in this program, learning had been interrupted by displacement and uncertainty. Our goal was not simply to help them catch up academically, but to understand where each child stood and what they needed to move forward.
The pre-assessments gave teachers a clear starting point, and the individualized plans allowed them to respond to real gaps, not assumptions. When teachers, families, and schools work together around the needs of the child, recovery in learning becomes possible.

Working closely with teachers in the schools, I saw how powerful it was when they had the tools and time to focus on each student individually. The learning plans helped teachers break large challenges into small, achievable steps. We began to see students regain confidence, participate more, and reconnect with learning.
For many of them, that sense of progress was just as important as the academic results.
