ANNUAL REPORT 2025 | Page 5

We are incubating social ventures born in classrooms. We are training the next generation of education leaders, and we are doing it with data, with rigor, and with the urgency of a nation that cannot afford to wait.
This year, 142 Teacher-Leaders taught 2,445 students who were formally assessed through the Panorama survey, and we ranked number one in the entire Teach For All Europe region for teacher effectiveness. Our students achieved 18 % growth in content mastery, nearly double our 10 % target. In mathematics alone, the standardized effect size was 1.22, equivalent to approximately 3.1 years of learning compressed into a single academic year. These are not soft numbers. This is what happens when you invest in people and hold them to the highest standard.
The Seroond Turnaround Program expanded to seven schools with 1,981 students and 180 teachers. Life skills application among students tripled from 18 % to 57 %. Average literacy scores doubled from 37 to 75. And for the first time, Seroond entered Yerevan, bringing whole-school transformation to the capital city. We also launched Seroond Catalyst in partnership with the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, piloting our model in six newly built schools across Armenia’ s regions, with discussions underway to expand to many more.
Our World Bank partnership scaled to 450 schools nationwide, with 220 mentors and 1,500 teachers trained in mental health and psychosocial support. Preliminary data show measurable reductions in student depression and anxiety. Our UNICEF partnership trained 90 teachers, reached 829 students with individualized learning plans, and brought 253 preschoolers through a summer readiness program that families overwhelmingly want scaled across the country.
We are not done. We are just beginning the next ten years. And we need you with us. With gratitude and determination,
