In July, 63 Teacher-Leaders from the 9th cohort of the Teach For Armenia initiative became Alumni- Ambassadors at the Navasard graduation ceremony, pushing the network past 500 members.
Navasard is more than a graduation. It is a rite of passage, a gathering of generations of educators who carry a shared identity and a common cause. The 2025 Alumni Survey captured responses from 293 alumni( 63 % response rate) and paints a vivid picture of sustained, compounding impact:
