Employer Metrics( 2025)
Armenia Education Initiative’ s 2025 staff surveys show a consistently strong employer experience across all key metrics. The eNPS( Employee Net Promoter Score) measures how likely employees are to recommend their workplace. It is calculated based on promoters minus detractors. AEI’ s scores are very high at 84 internally and 77 externally, with over 80 % promoters and only about 7 – 8 % detractors, well above industry benchmarks.
Employee experience is equally strong: 100 % report pride in working at AEI, 94 % are satisfied with their roles, and overall engagement is 4.5 out of 5. Survey participation was also very high, making the results reliable. The main strengths lie in meaningful work, the ability to use one’ s skills, and strong managerial support. Overall, AEI stands out as a highly engaged, mission-driven workplace with a strong and credible employer brand.
Since joining Teach For Armenia in 2020, I have experienced it as a place of continuous growth and development. It’ s not only a mission-driven organization working toward educational equity, but also an employee-centered environment where people’ s wellbeing is genuinely prioritized.
At the same time, there is a strong culture of productivity, efficiency, and innovation. Employees are encouraged to go beyond simply completing tasks. Everyone is empowered to be a creator, to bring ideas forward, improve systems, and contribute meaningfully at every level of the organization.
