Areas of Local Importance: Explore designating distinct areas, or districts, of local significance throughout Jupiter. The Town has gathered public input on two key projects – Palm Beach County’ s plans to widen Center Street and the potential regulations for a Redevelopment Overlay Area that includes eastern Center Street and Alternate A1A. This input is being used to direct efforts in regards to both projects.

Comprehensive Plan Revision: Revise the Comprehensive Plan to reflect policy changes and updates. Staff has engaged in coordination efforts with the Intergovernmental plan Amendment Review Committee( PARC), Palm Beach County( PBC), and other municipalities regarding the PBC Transportation Master Plan to ensure the Town is aligning with regional planning efforts. A new Recreation Zoning District was also adopted by Town Council.
