USASF membership represents a shared commitment among athletes, families, coaches, club owners and event producers to uphold the values that strengthen our community and help the sport thrive. That commitment is reflected in the Code of Conduct & Compliance( The Code), which outlines the standards, expectations and athlete protection measures that guide our community. By following The Code, members help create a culture built on respect, responsibility and the well-being of every athlete.
USASF also encourages members to speak up when concerns arise. An online reporting system provides a straightforward way to report potential misconduct or noncompliance, so that issues can be addressed promptly and appropriately. Every report is reviewed with care, professionalism and confidentiality, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to athlete safety and community trust.
