Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Sensitivity
The USASF thrives when we embrace the rich diversity of humanity, regardless of appearance, background, abilities or preferences. We strive to and encourage our members to address, educate about and eliminate any instances of racial or social injustice within our sport. Additionally, the USASF is committed to establishing and enforcing rules that address racism and / or bias while championing equality for all individuals.
The USASF gathers demographic data from our members as part of the membership registration process. This practice provides us with a comprehensive understanding of the composition of our sport. While providing this information is optional, it greatly aids the USASF in better shaping and targeting programming, opportunities, accessibility and representation for all members.
