VETERINARIAN AND PUBLIC COMMUNITY REFERENCE PANELS In 2018 , College Council established two panels to support Council by providing ideas and feedback from the general public and the veterinary profession over a threeyear term . The input of the panels has been valuable to Council . As well , panel members indicated an enthusiasm for the opportunity to discuss trends in veterinary medicine and regulation . The panels were reestablished as community reference panels in 2021 .
CANADIAN COUNCIL OF VETERINARY REGULATORS The College engages with its partners across Canada regularly on topics of mutual interest , including the development of a competency profile , limited licensure , and telemedicine .
