Right-Touch Regulation Discipline The Discipline Committee is an independent adjudicative committee within the College structure that conducts public hearings regarding allegations of an Ontario physician’s professional misconduct or incompetence. In 2019, 29 physicians were referred to the Discipline Committee. TIME TO RELEASE DISCIPLINE DECISIONS 26 weeks TIMELINE REDUCED BY 51% In managing its cases, the Committee must balance process efficiency, effectiveness and fairness.
