FOCUS RISK PROFESSIONALISM PUBLIC VOICE The College is committed to managing the risks associated with the delivery of veterinary medicine. When a risk is identified, the College takes action to reduce the potential for harm to animals and to the public. Being a professional has meaning in society. It indicates a veterinarian has undertaken training and education to hold specialized knowledge and skills.
