Landholders Driving Change
THE LDC project and its goals enjoy
support within the BBB grazing
community. According to results from a
survey of landholders who participated
in the project design phase:
• 100% said caring for land, water and
biodiversity was important to them;
• 93% said they intended to do more
to minimise soil erosion; and
• 87% agreed they could make a
difference to the health of the Great
Barrier Reef by reducing soil erosion
on their property.
