TM Message National President Tr. Dhruv Dalmia THE RAREST THING IN THIS WORLD IS TO LIVE LIFE. MOST PEOPLE JUST EXIST. At the beginning of the year this was a mere statement but as the year went by I could understand the essence in it. Life is about living it, about exploring yourself and about being there for each other. What matters most is have we made friends, memories, and have we been able to spread smiles. It is when we try to make these things more important , then everything else happens. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to each one of you for your passion and contribution to the movement. The year we together worked to achieve wonders. This year we extended the vision of Freedom through Education from Educate to Educate Empower Employ and started with the Employment Exchange program. It is great to see everyone extending their support to the same and adding value to our schools. We had 264 projects executed under FTE this year with 433 classrooms and 44 toilet block projects being built at a capital outlay of approx. Rs. 38 Crores. Round Table India also saw tremendous growth in membership. We were 4808 members as on 30 th June 2019. In the year gone by we had 716 inductions to our movement with 10 tables being chartered and 4 more tables being inaugurated. So much work was done in publicity and fundraising for which it is very difficult to actually talk about any particular events, but we have made big leaps in our digital presence across various social platforms. This year we saw RT India making a big mark in the International forum. We have been given the opportunity of hosting the World Meeting in the year 2020 and I am sure no stone will be left unturned by the team. We have our very own Tr DK Singh who has been elected as the International Vice President for 2019 – 20. This is a matter of pride and honour for all of us at RT India. We have been honoured as the Association of the year of the ASPA Region for the year 2018-19. RT India’s Employment Exchange project was also awarded as the Best Service Project for the year at RT International World Meeting held in Romania this year. 3
