Resolution to Operate Bank Account
Tr. Ritesh Bansal, National Treasurer 2019-2020 proposed the resolution to operate the Bank
accounts for the year 2019-2020
Resolved that the Bank Account of Round Table India & Round Table India Trust with Union
Bank of India, Round Table India Trust with IOB Chennai be operated by National Treasurer
and any one of the following ofiice bearers of Round Table India viz:

Tr. Ritesh Bansal, National Treasurer proposed the resolution towards appointment of
Auditors for the year 2019-2020
It is hereby Resolved that M/s. Somasundaram & Sivaraman Chartered Accountants be
appointed as auditors for Round Table India for the year 2019-2020 on fees of Rs.30,000/-
