ACCOMPLISHMENTS
STRATEGY 2017 AND 2020
2017 was a transitional year for the
Council with the completion of strategic
achievements in Strategy 2017 and renewed
focus established in Strategy 2020.
Achievements
The Council confirmed its approach to Quality
Practice and launched the pilot phase of the Peer
Advisory Conversation.
Significant progress was made in developing

the result of extensive consultation and it now
provides a focus to Council’s priorities and
financial allocations. Strategy 2020 is centered
around five key objectives.
