The Anatomy of a Complaint Fast Fact In 2016, we began work on an app that would allow users to more easily access College policies on mobile devices. 34 COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS OF ONTARIO We understand that the prospect of filing a complaint with the College can be daunting. So we developed a whiteboard video called Anatomy of a Complaint that explains in clear lan- guage how a patient, concerned about the care they received from a doctor, can let us know about it. The video also provides us with an opportunity to explain why it is so important for us to learn about patient concerns.
