In 2016, we began work on an app that would allow users
to more easily access College policies on mobile devices.

We understand that the prospect of
filing a complaint with the College
can be daunting. So we developed a
whiteboard video called Anatomy of a
Complaint that explains in clear lan-
guage how a patient, concerned about
the care they received from a doctor,
can let us know about it. The video
also provides us with an opportunity
to explain why it is so important for us
to learn about patient concerns.
