Appointment of Head of Governance to bring
consistency to approach across the Group; revision
of meetings and increased the number of Board
Development sessions on subjects including welfare
reform, finance and safeguarding. The annual review of
NHF Code of Governance shows continued ongoing
compliance.
Increase employee engagement
The employee engagement journey continues from
2014 with an Employee Charter being finalised.
