From TERI CEO & Founder
Cheryl Kilmer
We change lives.
TERI changes lives—the lives of those it serves directly, the lives of their families, and the lives of many in the
communities of which we are a part.
Through a unique combination of innovation, dedication, and determination we continuously invent and re-invent
our programs; TERI is above all else dynamic. We are driven to engage and change because we know we have
the power to be a transformative force for those on our campus and for millions of others. Our innovations and
successes are models for programs nationally and internationally, and we continue to expand our sphere of
infl uence.
On a daily basis, we transform lives. We remove boundaries and substitute opportunities. We fi nd ways to do
what many have said can’t be done. There are many parts that fi t together to create this success: the energy
and commitment of hundreds of employees and dedicated volunteers; the support of individual, business, and
foundation supporters who contribute funds, know-how, and enthusiasm; the organizational culture that nurtures
innovation and values compassion.
Our dedication to serving those with developmental disabilities is boundless. It will manifest as the Campus of Life,
which will be a whole-community resource, as well as continued replication of the TERI model globally. And most
important of all, it will fi nd its highest and best expression as the expanded, life-quality options of every person our
programs touch.
To those who have been supporters, we thank you for making us stewards of your hopes. For those new to TERI, we
invite you to join an effort and enterprise that is making a difference every day.
