During the 2009-2010 school year, the percentage of LEP/NEP
students at Carlos Rosario was 87.73%.
6. Percentage of Students with Special Education IEPs
At the time of enrollment, the school’s Registration Department
monitors for students with special education Individual Education
Plans (IEPs). During 2009-2010, the DC Public School system
forwarded no IEPs for students between 16 and 21 years of age. The
school enrolls a minimal number of students under the age of 22
and the majority have recently immigrated from their countries.
