The administration further ensures school satisfaction by conducting anonymous annual surveys to students, faculty, and staff. Based on those surveys, 86% of teachers, students, and staff expressed satisfaction with offering input in decision making processes. Objective III.2: The school is a caring community of support for its students and staff. In accordance with the school’s accountability plan, the school collected survey data regarding student satisfaction. Ninety-one percent (91%) of students reported that the school is a caring community of support, and enrollment was no less than 100% of the approved enrollment level. Student satisfaction was polled using several methods including the election of Student Government Association (SGA) representatives in each class, who then met regularly with administrative leadership; attended school-wide assemblies; and participating in student surveys evaluating satisfaction with their instructors. Please see Appendix E for the complete results of the Student Survey. 7 and 8 Like the student satisfaction survey, the faculty satisfaction survey yielded positive results regarding the school’s curriculum, instruction, and overall climate.
